Refund policy

If the books are not for you, email us at support@charlespemberton.com within 30 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider, Stripe.

If you did not receive your download link, or a file does not open, contact us and we will send it again.

Terms of service

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the eBooks. No part of them may be reproduced, distributed, shared or resold without written permission.

The eBooks are general educational content about retirement planning, consumer protection and family preparedness. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional who knows your situation. Rules and amounts from Social Security, Medicare and the IRS change; always confirm current details with the official sources named in the books before acting. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to the terms shown at checkout.

We only collect what is needed to deliver your purchase: the name, email and payment details you enter at checkout, processed by Stripe. We use your email to send your download links and, occasionally, news about the books; you can unsubscribe at any time.

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits. We do not sell your personal information.
